Reading, PA – Claremont, CA May 30, 2024 – Inperium, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based national nonprofit network of human services providers, and Trinity Youth Services (“TYS”), a California nonprofit provider of quality short-term residential programs, foster care and adoption services, and mental health programs to traumatized children, have agreed to affiliate.
Inperium will invest in TYS to advance its mission, and the parties will coordinate their administrative services to achieve economies of scale and enhance overall performance. The affiliation is expected to close July 1, 2024, following regulatory approvals.
Cher Ofstedahl, Chief Executive Officer of TYS, commented: “Trinity Youth Services has been improving children’s lives through positive community impact since 1966, and our affiliation with Inperium will ensure our sustainability as we continue to grow. This collaboration will provide TYS with new resources to invest in programs and lead to technological improvements that will advance our efforts to deliver a coordinated array of services.
